Q. When coming in for my closing, can I close at your Clarksville or Russellville office?
A. Yes, you may close at either location that is convenient for you.
Q. We are out of town on the scheduled date of our closing and won't be able to attend the closing at either location. What are our options?
A. That is no problem at all. We can either email or mail your documents with a return UPS label. Once they are signed and completed, you will use the return UPS label provided to mail them back to our office.
Q. What do I need to bring to the closing?
A. We require driver’s license or ID for all signers at closing.
Q. Who needs to be present at the closing?
A. If you are married your spouse.
Q. How do I go about scheduling a closing?
A. If you are using a realtor they will contact our office.
Q. What do I do if I am selling property with no realtors involved?
A. You and your buyer will need to fill out an offer and acceptance. An offer and acceptance can either be picked up in our office or emailed to you directly. Once it has been filled out, it can either be dropped off at our office or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
